Summer Internship Program

Development and Communications Intern: Are you a social butterfly who loves Facebook and Twitter? If so, the DCI position is for you! Organizational Design Intern: When was the last time you thought outside the box? Here’s your chance to get creative and find new solutions for the Operations team! The Organizational Design Intern will work closely with the Director of Process Improvement and Knowledge and the Strategic Initiatives Associate to support day-to-day management of the Boston/National office, and be integrally involved in supporting the organization in implementing and assessing effective organizational systems. View the full position description.

Program Intern: Did you ever want to run your own program? Be a part of the Program team and learn how! The Program Intern is responsible for ensuring program quality by: researching and planning for potential expansion sites, coordinating logistics as they relate to event-planning and event-execution, preparing for start of program year. View the full position description.
