Strong Women, Strong Girls is proud and excited to announce that we are again participating in the Pittsburgh Foundation’s Day of Giving! Tuesday, October 4, starting at midnight until 11:59 p.m. all gifts between $25 and $10,000 designated to qualifying nonprofit organizations through www.pittsburghgives.org will be matched on a prorated basis from a matching pool of $725,000.
For the first time, the Day of Giving event is going completely mobile! Individuals can give from their smartphones, tablets or computers. The PittsburghGives platform serves as a unique vehicle for nonprofits to showcase their work in the community, detailing information about their charitable programs, missions, management and finances. 4. Fill in your information
5. Select Strong Women Strong Girls from the list of qualified and eligible organizations
6. Click “Submit”
Every dollar you give counts:
- $50 supports field trips and snacks for one girl over the course of an entire year
- $100 covers training and supplies for one volunteer, college mentor for a year
- $250 Supports a Strong Leaders professional woman/college student Leadership Coach pair for a year
