1,500 Lives Touched
Strong Women, Strong Girls makes a positive impact on the lives we touch. To measure the effectiveness and efficiency of our work, Strong Women, Strong Girls maintains comprehensive and strategic performance measurement and financial management systems.
The performance measurement system includes pre- and post- surveys and interim evaluations. Data is gathered from a diverse range of constituents, including girls, parents and guardians, partners, college women and professional women. The system captures achievements and areas for improvement, providing a holistic picture of the relationships, skills and role models provided and developed in Strong Women, Strong Girls.
The financial management system includes strong processes for tracking finances, ensuring expenses are centered on implementing core services and maximizing the efficiency of the organization’s staffing model, while minimizing cost.
