Elementary School Girl
At each Strong Women, Strong Girls program site, girls form deep and lasting relationships with:
- 2-3 high-performing, mission-driven college students
- 12-15 of their energetic peers
- 1 site staff member who is a strong advocate for girls
College Women Mentors
At each Strong Women, Strong Girls college chapter, college women mentors form strong connections with:
- 12-15 energetic and inspiring elementary school girls
- 15-40 high-performing, mission-driven peers
- 1-2 university advisers who are passionate about the issues facing women and girls
- 1 Strong Women, Strong Girl Program Manager
- 1 professional adult woman who volunteers as a mentor
