SWSG gets a shout-out from NewsOK for Getting Active

Strong Women, Strong Girls is making waves with Get Active! Last week, NewsOK, a prominent Oklahoma news source, featured SWSG’s Get Active! health and wellness programming in one of its weekly health and fitness briefs. The article highlighted both the Get Active! campaign and the 10-week fitness video series that Katina Taylor has created for SWSG:

Strong Women, Strong Girls is a mentoring program that aims to raise the self esteem and encourage the dreams of elementary school girls. The national organization has launched the “Get Active!” campaign to encourage lifelong physical fitness. The campaign includes a 10-week exercise video series featuring Katina Taylor, wife of NFL star Jason Taylor.
