Kathryn Fishman has over 9 years of experience in project management and business analysis in financial services. In her current role as Assistant Vice President in the Project Management Office, she employs leadership and critical thinking in collaboration with business partners to design and implement practical solutions that maximize return on investment. Ms. Fishman thrives on challenging projects that support enterprise growth. She began with the firm in 2010 and has worked in numerous project management roles from analyst to lead.

Ms. Fishman was a foundational member of the Women’s Leadership Initiative at Natixis Investment Managers and is dedicated to promoting and developing aspiring women leaders. As a former intern, she is passionate about mentoring new associates.

Ms. Fishman demonstrates her passion for community involvement by serving as Vice Chair of the Boston Board of Strong Women, Strong Girls, a multi-generational mentoring program for elementary aged girls.

Ms. Fishman received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Boston College, is a graduate of the Boston Chamber’s Women’s Leadership Program, and holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
