Lindsay Andrews

Lindsay Andrews is a partner at Louis Plung and Company and specializes in serving manufacturing and distribution entities, employee benefit plans, not for profits, and privately-held businesses. Lindsay has directed financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for privately- held businesses ranging from start-ups to organizations with over $1 billion in annual revenues. She also works with businesses on managing due diligence and transaction engagements, designing and implementing internal control policies and procedures to help minimize the potential for fraud, and assist in more accurate and timely financial reporting.

Demonstrating a strong commitment for community involvement, Lindsay serves as the Treasurer for Strong Women Strong Girls, as a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council, and serves as the Vice President for the American Heart Association Young Professionals Board of Pittsburgh.  She also is involved in a variety of professional organizations such as serving on the Women’s Executive Committee for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Pittsburgh,  member of Women in Manufacturing Western Pennsylvania Chapter, member and mentor for the Pennsylvania Society of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Lindsay has received numerous recognitions for her work.  Most recently in 2020, she was awarded the Women to Watch award by the PICPA, additionally she was awarded the Rising Star Award from Smart CEO’s CPA & ESQ in 2015 and was named to a Virginia business magazine’s “Top CPA Under 35” list in 2011.

Lindsay graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in Accounting and certificate in International Business.  She obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2007 with the Commonwealth of Virginia and currently holds her CPA license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
