
Allison Andreola
Program & Community Engagement Coordinator
Allison Andreola is a dedicated nonprofit professional with interests in positive youth development and gender equality. Prior to joining the SWSG team, Allison worked as a Care Resource Coordinator for the Community Tracing Collaborative, where she helped connect COVID-19 patients with resources to support their diverse needs and provided them with emotional support.
Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services with a clinical concentration in Children & Families from the University of Delaware. After graduating, Allison spent a year serving as an AmeriCorps member with City Year Providence, where she formed meaningful mentor relationships with her third-grade students and focused on initiatives to increase student literacy. Following this position, Allison worked for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts in fundraising and development and enjoyed supporting an organization working to uplift and empower girls.
Allison enjoys reading and spending time outdoors, and she is excited about helping to build a brighter, broader future for all girls and women!
