Haley Chen

Haley Chen grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University with a joint degree in Communication and Chemistry. During her time at Rutgers, she served as a peer tutor and volunteered for multiple non-profit organizations. With three years of agency experience, Haley has supported non-profit organizations and trade associations in content creation, event management, and fundraising.

As the Operations Coordinator for Development & Events at Strong Women, Strong Girls (SWSG), Haley leverages her background and passion for non-profit work to further the organization’s mission. She is dedicated to empowering girls to imagine a broader future through SWSG’s curriculum, which is grounded in the stories of women role models and delivered by college women mentors. Haley is inspired by SWSG’s vision that every girl and woman realizes her inner strengths to dream and achieve.
