Answer: Drink water before, during and after the activity; even if you don’t feel thirsty. Did you know water makes up over 50% of our body weight? Our bodies need water to work well. Water in our blood carries oxygen to our body. Water helps us digest food. When we exercise, we sweat out our water. The best way to get water is drinking it, but you can also get water from fruit and veggies.
