Style Week Pittsburgh, an annual celebratory week of high-end fashion, glamour, and style, will be dedicating five percent of their net proceeds to SWSG this year!
The event’s Founder and Coordinator, Wadria Taylor, of Style & Steel Event Planning, was pleased to announce the partnership with SWSG, stating “ We are very happy that SWSG is becoming a part of this prestigious event and that we are able to raise awareness about the incredible work that they are doing to empower women and girls”.
The mission of Style Week Pittsburgh is to springboard local fashion gems onto the world stage of high fashion. The highly anticipated week is shaping up to include a lineup of specially curated events, including two upscale Fashion Shows, an Accessory Showcase, a Jewelry Showcase, the Style Awards, a Boutique Crawl, and a Sunday Brunch.

Monday, August 11, Opening Night at The Priory Grand Hall, 6 p.m-10 p.m.
Style Week’s Exclusive Kick- Off Party and Designer Fashion Show featuring a private VIP Reception, the latest international and Pittsburgh-based designers, celebrities, plus musical entertainment, exhibitors, and special surprise guests. Attire is Fashionably Formal. General Admission: $35 in advance, VIP is $65. Complimentary Valet Parking is included with ticket purchase.
Tuesday, August 12, Accessory Trunk Show – Co-Presented by Fashion Group International of Pittsburgh – LUXE Indigo Square 6 p.m-9 p.m.
Shop stylish vendors all in one place at the chic LUXE showroom in East Liberty. Featuring the finest and most stylish fashion accessories for men and women via local talent with international clout. Plus more fun with Fashion Trucks, Cocktails, DJ, and more! Open to the public. No cost to attend. Donations will be accepted for Strong Women, Strong Girls.
Wednesday, August 13, Jewelry Showcase – Co-Presented by Macy’s Inc. at Macy’s Downtown – 5 p.m.
Jewelry lovers will not want to miss this event. Featuring an exceptional selection of fine jewelry and watches and a jewelry presentation. Top local Stylists will be on hand to offer styling demonstrations and consultations. Plus beauty treatments, refreshments, music, and more. Open to the public. Free admission. Thursday, August 14, The Style Awards at Blue Line Grille Rooftop Lounge, 6 p.m.- 9 p.m.
The best and the most trailblazing fashion gurus are recognized for their talent in an exquisite night of celebration and musical entertainment, overlooking Pittsburgh’s beautiful skyline. Tickets are $35.
Friday, August 15, Fashion Soiree at IVY Pittsburgh, 6 p.m.- 10 p.m.
Featuring fashion shows complete with trend-setting ready-to-wear styles and fashions from the chicest Pittsburgh-based boutiques, vendors, plus musical entertainment and giveaways. General Admission is $25 in advance. VIP is $50. VIPs receive complimentary cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and reserved seating.
Saturday, August 16, 12pm, The Lawrenceville Boutique Crawl, 12 p.m-5 p.m.
A day of shopping in one of Pittsburgh’s most fashion-forward neighborhoods. Specially selected Boutiques will offer special promotions, offers, and discounts to Style Week shoppers for 1 day only. This invitation-only Sunday Brunch will convene fashion industry professionals, business owners, and key stakeholders for a delicious Brunch and Summit to discuss the future of Pittsburgh fashion. Tickets are $50.
