This should take no more than 2 minutes total. In addition to required sessions, you are welcome to attend any/all sessions offered!
Welcome to our Fall 2020 Mentor Training, our first-ever VIRTUAL training event, taking place over several days to give you flexibility.
About Fall 2020 Training
This semester, SWSG’s training event is a shared experience between Boston and Pittsburgh locations. You’ll still have the chance to connect with your local SWSG staff and fellow chapters, but during some sessions, you’ll also “meet” mentors from the opposite city. We’re looking forward to sharing resources and experiences among our entire community of amazing mentors!
Training will occur in a conference-style format with numerous sessions and time options from Sept. 26 through Oct. 2. All mentors will be required to attend sessions on our primary training date: Saturday, Sept. 26. Returning Mentors will attend in the afternoon only. New Mentors will attend for 1 hour in the morning, as well as in the afternoon. See below for more details and other participation groups.
How to Register
Identify the sessions below that you are a) required and b) would like to attend. For each session, click the REGISTER hyperlink to sign up. You will enter your name and email address, and then receive the Zoom link for each session via email. We recommend adding the sessions to your calendar with the Zoom link included for easy access. You must REGISTER for each session that you will attend.
NOTE: All mentors are welcome to attend any/all sessions listed! Feel free to choose additional sessions beyond your requirements.
