Katina and friends start off by setting healthy goals for themselves. Then they learn and practice the single ladies dance.
Question: When setting goals around healthy eating, you don’t need to completely cut out foods all together. Your goal should be to keep an eye on four main things. Do you know what they are?
Answer: Calories, fat, sugar and salt. Too many of these things can stop you from being the best you can be!
