Answer: Girls 9-13 are unique! Since you are still growing, certain foods are super important. You need lots of iron for strong muscles. Iron is in beef, cereals, black beans and spinach. You also need lot of calcium for strong bones. Try to have three servings of low-fat dairy a day. Not dairy fan? Try almonds or tofu!
