Kait Rogers

Kait Rogers is the Chief Finance and Administrative Officer at JCC Greater Boston which offers a wide range of services throughout the Greater Boston region including educational, cultural, social, Jewish identity-building and recreational programs for people of all ages and backgrounds. At JCC Greater Boston, Kait oversees finance, human resources, people & culture, technology & information systems, facilities, and security.

Prior to her role at JCC Greater Boston, Kait served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Citizen Schools, a national non-profit that provides enrichment and academic middle-school students. Kait joined Citizen Schools in 2008 and during her time there oversaw a number of functions including finance, human resources, technology, strategic planning, AmeriCorps programs, and risk management. Before joining Citizen Schools, Kait worked in finance, account management and operations at EF Education, an international company offering educational travel and cultural exchanges. Kait is the Chair of the Executive Board of Strong Women, Strong Girls, a program that promotes mentoring and skills-building for young women and girls. Kait has an M.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a B.A. in Sociology from Connecticut College.
