SWSG Boston’s 2024 Strong Awards Celebration

Nominations for Strong Award Recipients are now being accepted.
As part of our 20th Anniversary, we are excited to bring the esteemed SWSG Strong Awards celebratory event to Boston. This annual event started 10 years ago in Pittsburgh, and honors girls, women, and organizations who are making a positive impact by giving back to the community and empowering women and girls to reach brighter futures.
This year, Boston will host its inaugural event honoring those making an impact close to home. We invite our SWSG community members to nominate award recipients. Know a strong woman, girl, or organization doing remarkable things in the Boston area? Submit their name and story to us in one of the following categories:
- Professional women (age 24+)
- College student (age 18-23)
- Elementary school girl
- Organization/ERG/Company
Nominees do not need to be affiliated with SWSG to be considered for a Strong Award. One recipient in each category will be selected by the SWSG leadership team, notified in September, and recognized at Boston’s Strong Awards celebration.
Nomination deadline for nominations is August 9, 2024.

SWSG Strong Awards is an annual celebration of the women around us who are making a difference in their communities. In addition to celebrating community and recognizing achievements, this event also raises funds to support SWSG programming that empowers women and girls throughout our city.
