SWSG Pittsburgh Recognizes Outstanding Mentors, Chapters

While we weren’t able to celebrate the amazing service and accomplishments of our college women mentors together as a group this year, we are incredibly proud of their dedication to our girls and the mission of SWSG. To each of our mentors, THANK YOU for your hard work and commitment, and we can’t wait to see you back in the Fall. To our graduating seniors, WE’LL MISS YOU! We hope this is not goodbye and that we see you back at SWSG events very soon.

2020 Above & Beyond Mentors

Carnegie Mellon University – Ali Hoffmann

Ali regularly prioritizes SWSG and has shown outstanding commitment to projects and events for her chapter. She also goes out of her way to support other mentors and our girls! Congratulations, Ali!

Duquesne University – Sarah Lopez

Sarah’s passion for SWSG and mentoring is infectious and she consistently makes an extra effort to support chapter events and initiatives. Congratulations, Sarah!

Point Park University – Madalena Price

A long-time mentor, Madalena goes above & beyond to serve the girls she works with by creating custom activities and opportunities for social emotional learning. She is also dedicated to her chapter and helping other mentors find resources! Congratulations, Madalena!

Robert Morris University – Megan Muller

As a freshman chapter member, Megan consistently impressed her fellow mentors with her positive attitude, willingness to work hard for the chapter as an E-Board member and frequent event attendee, and commitment to serving girls through mentorship. Congratulations, Megan!

University of Pittsburgh – Anna Kelly

Even while mentoring at 3 SWSG sites, Anna always steps up to help her fellow mentors and support her chapter, and she shows an above & beyond dedication to serving her girls. Congratulations, Anna!

Ms. Danaysia Hall, Aliquippa Elementary

The SWSG staff team and RMU mentors thank Ms. Hall for her outstanding and ongoing commitment to the girls at SWSG Aliquippa. Ms. Hall has gone above & beyond year after year to maintain strong programming for girls at her school and work with SWSG and RMU mentors to provide the best mentorship experience possible.
