Every year, hundreds of individuals give their time and energy to helping Strong Women, Strong Girls deliver high quality, afterschool girls mentoring program in the country.  At the end of each program year, Strong Women, Strong Girls recognizes a few of these individuals who have gone above and beyond in their service.
The Strong Awards will be given in the following categories:
Above & Beyond College Woman Mentor: An individual college woman mentor who demonstrates exceptional commitment to her girls and chapter.
Outstanding Mentor Team: A team of college women who mentor at a site together demonstrating exceptional teamwork, preparedness for programming and an unique ability to connect with their girls.
Strong Community Partner: An individual or organization, including, by not limited to a Site Facilitator or Campus Coach, who has furthered the SWSG mission by working collaboratively to create innovative strategies to meet the needs of girls, young women and the community.
Strong M2M Mentor: An M2M adult woman who has demonstrated outstanding skills as a mentor and contributed to the professional development of her college woman mentee.
