Chelsea served with Strong Women, Strong Girls for 3 years as a mentor at Point Park University. She also served as the co-finance coordinator on her chapter’s E-board her second year with SWSG, and as the chapter director her senior year. When Chelsea wasn’t mentoring girls & supporting her co-mentors, she was studying Sports, Arts & Entertainment Management and Business Management from Point Park University (’12).
Recently, Chelsea moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to work as a Retail Deficiency Analyst at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Chelsea credits SWSG for helping her believe that she could do anything she wanted to after she graduated, including moving to a new city to start her first job after college!

Chelsea’s leadership coach also helped her to feel confident by helping her improve her interviewing skills. In fact, she had the opportunity to have mock interviews with some of the top executives of her coach’s company. Chelsea said the practice paid off, and she has received specific praise at her new job for her amazing interviewing skills!
Chelsea’s time with SWSG not only gave her skills that she uses every day at her job, but has also helped her realize that she is capable of achieving her goals, one interview at a time!
