Strong Women, Strong Girls wants to give a huge shout-out to The Dignity and Respect Campaign for Youth, which held an event on Tuesday, October 25th, at Pittsburgh-area schools. Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, Charlie Batch led the event at his elementary school, Barrett Elementary, in Homestead. Batch is a valued member of SWSG’s Advisory Council, and SWSG has incorporated the mission of the D&R Campaign into our “Countdown to Success Skills” curriculum. As part of the Cultural Sensitivity lesson, girls sign and commit to the dignity and respect pledge this year. SWSG encourages everyone to take the Dignity & Respect for Youth pledge!
