Mentor Training Spring 2021
This semester, SWSG’s training event is a shared experience between Boston and Pittsburgh locations. You’ll still have the chance to connect with your local SWSG staff and fellow chapters, but during some sessions, you’ll also meet mentors from the opposite city. We’re looking forward to sharing resources and experiences among our entire community of amazing mentors!
Training will occur in a conference-style format with numerous sessions and time options from January 30 through February 4. All mentors will be required to attend sessions on our primary training date: Saturday, January 30.
If you are unable to attend training on Saturday, January 30, live makeup sessions will be held for most sessions on Friday, February 5. In addition, sessions will be available to view on YouTube.
This semester, there are also a few tasks to be completed on your own time. Your full guide to Spring 2021 Training is below!

There are additional policies and procedures for chapter leadership roles. Every SWSG college participant must review and agree to the policies and procedures for their chapter. Please review and sign each document that applies to you.
